Our Story

In 2008, our Chairman and Founder Dan Sutera launched Impact Network in eastern Zambia, delivering e-learning curriculum to thousands of children in rural communities.

Seeing the potential of impact sourcing to create jobs for unemployed graduates, Dan teamed up with Dimitri and Brett to launch Impact Enterprises in 2013. We provide job skills training and income-generating opportunities for youth across Zambia, teaching computer literacy, workplace professionalism, and technical skills that open doors to the global digital economy.

Today, we connect professionals across Africa and globally.

Our Impact

Over 1,000 youth and young professionals have gained computer skills and workplace experience through our programs, creating economic opportunity in communities across Zambia and beyond.

What started in rural Zambia continues to build bridges from education to meaningful work.
